Prompt, kind, and we had fun in the Buick showroom while waiting for my car to be serviced

It was really good. Alec did a wonderful job the whole way through. It was a great experience. Bought our last vehicle there and had a great experience then. Everyone was so kind.

Erin was EXCEPTIONAL! She listened to my concerns and when I picked up my car, got home, and the issues was still present I called her and she got me in the next day. We were heading out of town and she set me up with a rental for the entire weekend so it would mess up our plans out of town. Speaking of rental, the gentleman at the rental counter went above and beyond to meet my families needs. I appreciated both of these employees so very much!

It's not the service.... atleast most of the staff is fine. Its not right that a recall for an engine now requires me to pay over double for an oil change because GM requires it. That difference should be paid by the company.

Fixed my issue, always such nice employees

I wanted tires rotated they told me they didn't need it they were good to go they told two other people in the waiting room that same thing

The contact person was very friendly and knowledgeable
